This applies to the following activities: physical protection of buildings, individuals, public gatherings, technical security in areas such as burglary protection, fire protection, anti-theft protection, video surveillance, access control, satellite vehicle tracking (GPS), transport and escort of valuable shipments, as well as the management of the control center for the protection of stationary and mobile facilities, patrol teams, and the provision of cleaning and maintenance services for facilities and securing human resources for warehouse operations and goods handling. These quality elements are set as imperatives when defining the organization's quality policy and objectives. We operate in accordance with the requirements of the SRPS ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 standard for Information Technology – Service Management – Requirements for a Service Management System, as well as the SRPS A-L2.002 standard for Corporate Social Responsibility – Private Security Services.
